For those of you wanting to attend the Vancouver, BC boat show, at BC Place Stadium, it could be canceled :-( http://vancouver.cbc.ca/regional/ser...t-show20050207 It's a great show, if anyone can attend it. And well worth the admission cost. Hopefully, it will still go ahead. The article says: Waddell said that the recreational boating industry generates approximately $1.4 billion annually for the B.C. economy, and employs nearly 15,000 full-time workers. She said the show is important because B.C.'s boating industry is spread throughout the province. "They come from all over to view products and see dealers, who are all in one place." I hold a dual citizenship (US and Canada) and have some very high-up boating friends up there. Ill make a few calls, and see what I can do. |
