1) In the mythical Star Trek universe, Spock was Vulcan, not Klingon.

2) In the real life universe, the Klingon language exists. Real people
speak it. Some speak it fluently. It's a constructed language, akin to
Ido and Esperanto, but it's quite definitely real.
