Blizzard finally stopped this morning. We had 38 cm of drifting

areas much higher with hurricane strength winds.
The weather people say another major storm may be brewing for Thursday
night.
Yesterday, I wanted to pat my back for buying the electric snowblower.
Today
I'm thinking of kicking my butt for not buying a nice little Honda 5 hp
gas
version. In this deep snow, I had to use the electric like a shovel to
take
off the top 8 or 9 inches so the machine could remove the rest the normal
way.
I'll be accepting "I told you so" from noon until 1800 hrs from the many
who
recommended the gas model.



Don, we have a Honda single stage CSR2000E (4.5 hp) that has served us well
for over 15 years. It is slow going in deep wet snow but cuts through
moderate wet to dry snow in a breeze.

You will not go wrong with the Honda.
