Yes. I'm planning to retire at the end of April and start heading
north with the GB sometime in May. That's going to be our "summer
home" for the foreseeable future.

Let me know if you and Mrs E would enjoy doing part of that trip.
We're trying to get some friends and neighbors to join us along the
way and the more the merrier.

Sounds inviting, but I think we are going to beat you up there this year.
Kingman Yacht Center has promised to launch both boats April 1st (hmmmm)
and Mrs. E is itching to start playing with her's . We bought it at the end
of the season last year and basically took a little ride, had it surveyed
and then winterized and stored it.

Congrats on the upcoming retirement! Join the rest of us that have nothing
to do and no time to do anything. If you happen to make a pit stop at
Kingman, I am in slip 39 and Mrs. E's little GB is in #22. Both are in the
back basin. Stop by.

Storm forecast update:

TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE ON THE ORDER OF 20 TO 30 INCHES...WITH
AMOUNTS AS HIGH AS 3 FEET POSSIBLE. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL MAY
CONTINUE ON THE CAPE AND ISLANDS INTO SUNDAY NIGHT.

Where's the guy with the little electric snowblower?

100ft of the 12 ga cord plus the blower itself is heavy enough to drag up
out of the basement. The wife won't let me store the thing in the living
room any longer.

Dump some snow there and she might change her tune.

Let us know how it works out :-)

This is our 3rd substantial snowstorm in a week. It's been snowing all day,
and still snowing/drifting as we speak. I'll get up tomorrow and put it
through it's paces. For last two storms it worked quite well. It will bog
down some on the first cut but as I make subsequent cuts (half cuts) it
works just fine. The auger is plastic so I don't try to chew hard frozen
stuff pushed in by the city plow.
