Havana and see that it isn't such a bad place, and that Cubans are decent
people, and that the country itself is beautiful, and that the Cubans,
like some people everywhere, are saddled with a lunatic for a leader, they
might force out government to normalize relations.

What was the name of the Conservative who originally established the embargo
and travel restrictions? And what was the name of the Conservative who was
in a position to do something about them from 1993-2000...and didn't?
