OT Big test tomorrow
 

We have a weather warning for a blizzard tonight. Expect between 20 and 45
cm of snow blown around by winds from 70-90 kph. This should be a good test
for my new Toro 1800 electric snowthrower.
I'll report on how it performs.

I'm guessing a 'bad day' in Halifax is a lot better than a 'good day' in
Cleveland....especially if all it's inhabitants are as nasty as you.

excited about the *big* test tomorrow of your cheapo snowblower.

Yes, but how is the boating? We went for a quick spin down to Sanibel
Island and back this afternoon with some neighbors of ours. It was a
little cool here today by south Florida standards, barely making it to
70 degrees with a 15 kt northerly wind. The sun came out in the
afternoon however and it turned into a nice day for boating as time
went on.

What time does the sun set in Halifax this time of year?

If you need a snow blower in the first place, typically means you physically
fail. I admire those of my neighbours who shovel manually and some are well
into their 80s. There are the odd (odd) few who have machines and start them
up for the lightest accumulation, look real foolish and some have such a
small lawn to keep and they also have the big John Deere. So I believe you
have already failed the test.

White,, is this the first time you have made your own post??? You did this
all on your own,, WOW,,, congratulations,,, I don't know how krause will
feel when he sees his main puppet is cutting the strings and going on his
own,, or did you call krause down there in Gambrills to hold his hand while
you made your own post, did he walk you through it? Was he upset that he had
to puppet your post after all these years?
Is this going to be the most work you have done since your employer forced
retirement on a useless old fool? Cleaning your driveway? You can always
tell the who the useless workers are, not only by their union membership,
but when they become of legal retirement age, their employer pushes them
out,,, and believe me puppet, I know so many over the legal ages who have
had their employers negotiate a plan to remain active. But they have skill
sets beneficial to someone on, you clowns can simply continue to draw on the
society,,, lol,,, ya,, the term useless just keeps hanging on to you old
timers there doesn't it,, I bet it was the first year of union membership
that ruined you both,,,,

What boating? My sailboat is covered by a canvas tarp and a layer of fresh
snow.
If I get desperate, I could always take the ferry across our harbour for a
quick fix.
