Seattle Media Advisory:

ZODIAC CONTEST TO SEND ONE LUCKY WINNER TO MILITARY-STYLE TRAINING CAMP
AT SEATTLE BOAT SHOW, JANUARY 14-23, 2005

--Zodiac's CZ7 Ultimate Adventure Boat On Display at the Show

WHAT:
Zodiac of North America is offering recreational boaters at the 2005
Seattle
Boat Show a unique opportunity to "train with the professionals" at
its
maritime training camp for military and law enforcement officials. One
lucky
winner will be selected in a random drawing at the show for a
three-day,
two-night excursion for two at the Zodiac Maritime Academy. The paid
trip
provides airfare, hotel accommodations and training enrollment fees for
the
contest winner and one guest. Contest entry forms will be made
available at
all three show entrances. The official drawing will be held on Sunday,
January 23.

Attendees at the Zodiac Maritime Academy will receive boat handling and
maritime training from professional ex-military and Coast Guard
instructors
with over 100 years of combined experience. The academy applies
military
maritime tactics to help America's first responders and "weekend
warriors"
develop advance maritime skills in extreme conditions. ZMA also gives
them
a first-hand look at some of the most technologically advanced boats
used by
law enforcement, fire/rescue and the U.S. military.

Zodiac will also have on-display at the show its cutting-edge, extreme
recreational boat, the CZ7 Ultimate Adventure Boat. Priced at $195,000,
the
CZ7 is built to military specifications and is a direct cross-over from
a
military RIB used in special ops missions by the Navy SEALs.

Visit Zodiac and the CZ7 Ultimate Adventure Boat at the Nissan booth
(North
Hall, booth # 120) for more details.

WHEN & WHE
The 2005 Seattle Boat Show at the Qwest Field Event Center (located at
1000
Occidental Avenue South), January 14-23. For more information, visit
the
Northwest Marine Trade Association's official show Web site at
www.seattleboatshow.com.

WHY:
Zodiac's future plans for the CZ7 are to create an entire new line of
professional-grade, Ultimate Adventure Boats for extreme recreational
boaters. "It will be similar to the way the Hummer evolved from a
military
icon into several consumer-friendly versions, i.e. the Hum-V and
H-2," said
JJ. Marie, President & CEO of Zodiac of North America.

Zodiac also hopes to improve U.S. consumers' knowledge of the
inherent
benefits of rigid-hull inflatable boats (RIBs) like the CZ7. According
to
Marie: "The professional and military sectors understand the benefits
and
use RIBs extensively. However, the inherent safety and performance
benefits
of RIBs - smoother and drier ride, handling characteristics, better
buoyancy, lighter weight, fuel efficiency and so on - are still not
understood by many American boaters. So we're introducing the CZ7 in
North
America as a 'showcase boat' to dramatically illustrate the reasons
why a
RIB is a better boat than a conventional boat of the same size."
