I actually posted the Valco ad to **** you off! There is noway I figure
that the buyer for a little aluminum boat is going to drive more than 50
miles to pick it up. So posting here is futile for a $2k boat.
Bill
p.s. And I did succeed in jerking your chain.

What a lying simpleton you are! I never said anything to anybody
trying to sell here, until you came off as holier than thou. Who the
hell are you to tell someone they can't post for sale items here, when
YOU do it?

2 reasons. One is I am not a commercial business. 2nd is I am better than
you!

What a stupid, stupid person you are! So, let's recap what you've
said. You are not a commercial business? Well, didn't you post here
several times that you DO in fact have a business? Building decks and
such? So, you've lied again, simpleton. Being that stupid and not
knowing what lies you've told negates number two.

I'm not a commercial business either. But I still have profit/loss from
a personal business that I file on schedule C of my individual income
taxes which affect the taxes I personally owe without there being any
commercial business entity. You must have never heard of a Schedule C
[Profit or Loss From Business, (Sole Proprietorship)] personal business.

You might think there is no such thing as a personal (non-commercial)
business, but the IRS certainly does. Also, there are all sorts of
business taxes, especially local ones, that apply to commercial
businesses which do not apply to personal businesses.

And I am not advertising my personal business. I am not selling my

keep saying you are a licensed P.E. Are you selling your license use? IF
you are, you do not do a good job of proving you have any skills to sell.

And this has WHAT to do with posting for sale items to the rec.boats
newsgroup? Let me recap. While not opposed to this, my point was that
Calif Bill thinks himself above the rest. He slams someone else for
posting for sale items, when he does the EXACT same thing. If it's
okay for one, it's okay for all. If it's not, then it's not for all.

I overlook most for sale postings as well as most stupid comment postings.
But when someone with a business spams the newsgroup 10 times a month I do
not let it slide. Same goes for a once in a while stupid posting, but when
someone like basskisser, posts stupidly, endlessly, just can not let it
slide.

Stupidly, endlessly? And how much does concrete weigh? Not to worry,
I'll certainly help you keep track of those bad, bad, for sale
posters. Let's start with you.

I don't have to advertise. I fortunate to be able to pick the work
that I want to do.

I'm stupid because I think that if someone makes rules for someone
else, they themselves should live by those rules?
