Funny you mention the red state vs. blue state when talking about the
homeless.

Maryland is a blue state and I would assume that Harry is talking about it
because he lives there.

Washington D.C. is a blue state if you will and they have a very large
homeless problem.

Virginia is a red state and they don't seem to have the homeless problem
that Maryland or D.C. have.

Has a lot to do with the red state right-wing churches taking care of their
own...

While the godless libs in the blue states toss 'em out and want everyone
else to take car of them.
