I just moved to Miami and am interested in learning how to sail. I crewed
on a yacht in Mexico in 1999 and really enjoy sailing. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how I can learn to sail while on a tight budget?

Go down to the local yacht clubs, racers are always looking for n00bs to
crew for the beer can races.
