It's a total failure. Politicians and charities are exempt. Later, Tom I disagree. It is not a TOTAL failure. Telemarketers make the vast majority of unsolicited calls and this seems to stop them. If polititions and charities lost thier exemption, then it would be a complete sucess. |

I don't know about you, but this past election season this house received three calls a day average for the last four weeks of the campaign. From all sides. It was annoying. To this point, December 15th, 2004 - 2004 hrs EST, we have had nine calls from charities. In short, it's a total failure. Later, Tom |
