Has any one else had this problem? Did you find a solution or have you

given
up?

Your problem reminds me of the old ITs and the occasional COM lockup
when the machine ran out of memory.

It might be that your memory cache isn't large enough to support all
the processes or you may just not have enough RAM.

Try shutting off all the MS subprocess routines and see what happens.

You might also want to go here. Look through the groups and see if
they might be able to help you.

Mapopolis may have forgot to deselect the COM port. Send an email to
Mapoplis.

Oh - good point.

Later,

Tom
