Default FS: Catalina 22 Mark II

This an absolutely new, Bristol Mark II, the former owner only had it in the
water 5 times - never in salt and never in the water overnight. Stored
indoors almost since new. He bought it and transferred to an area with no
water. I never put it in the water due to work commitments. It was just
professionally comissioned from total engine service to full Teflon coating.
Far better than new. Here is most of the specifications I can recall (I keep
remembering things in better senior moments):

for $18,500. Sailing Life said they would list for $19, 400. I need $15,900
net if I sell it myself. Im going to give it until mid August to sell and
then my new job contact will require I list it with a broker. I have
extensive photos if anyone is interested.

Location??: please specify hemisphere. I hate traveling to New Zealand to
pick up $15k boats!
