How do golf cart batteries work for use as trolling motor batteries? I
sometimes go fishing for several days where there is no electricity to charge my TM batteries and I need maximum amp-hour rating. Two 6V golf cart batteries in series provide more amp-hours than two 12V deep cycle marine batteries in parallel. They also cost a litttle less. Will golf cart batteries take the pounding a trolling motor gets? Thanks in advance for any help you can give. |
