All,
I have an '88 Bayliner with a 305 OMC I/O. I just bought a rebuilt ATK engine. The new engine does not have a the means to bolt up the windage tray in the oil pan as the main cap bolts are different. As I have to replace the oil pan anyway, I am wondering if there is an aftermarket pan with a built in windage tray? I am also wondering if I need a windage tray at all? Any thoughts appreciated.
