Makes me wonder, why do they go to such extremes to me so unlikeable!

To **** off the small minded old ladies who almost *never* post anything except
a gossipy bitch about the behavior of others.

Suppose it works?

Next time you run into such a small minded gossipy old fart sack, why don't you
ask, and see?

I know this will only apply to the ignorant, but your statement proves my
point.

You have said it more clearly than I ever could have.

Way to go gould!@

I've been blocking off topic posters since about 2 weeks before the
election. I must have 25 or more blocked but now there are more boating
posts than off topic ones. A note to boaters who reply to off topic posts
with long rants: Once blocked, even your boating related posts will no
longer be seen.

My recommendation is to block block block!

Have to agree. A few years this was a first class boating form.
Boaters communicating with boaters.

That changed when a couple of users started sniping at each other. It
went downhill from there and ended up constant bickering between a
few subscribers hiding behind there keyboards.

It sort of reminds me of the idiotic present day roadrage thing on
our highways, folks get caught up in the heat of the moment thing, and
can't seem to let go.

The silly thing, prior to this, the silly users were up to posting
informative and interesting boating topics.

This is my first visit back in a year hoping that some users had gone
away, alas it has worsened and been reduced to political debates

Ah well, at least fortunately, there are some really good forums that
are worth visiting.

Cheers Davie

My 14' yacht is imprisoned in the garage because it's 29 ****ING DEGREES AND
SNOWING, and I WANNA KILL SOMETHING BECAUSE I CAN'T FISH! I've had
nightcrawlers in the refrigerator so long, they're big enough to strangle a
small child, like a boa.

So yeah...there are some boaters here. Just be careful about their moods
right now.

Gould 0738 December 3rd 04 06:32 PM

My recommendation is to block block block!

And since none of you guys who "block block block" ever contribute anything
except a technically OT rant about your personal kill file lists, you'll be
looking at an empty NG pretty quickly.

"Course you won't see this. :-)

Oh, do you know a small minded, gossipy old fart sack who almost never posts
anything except criticism of other peoples' behavior? What did he or she say
when you asked if it ****ed them off?

Dec 21 is the Winter Solstice, it's just a hop, skip and a jump until
boating season.

Just trying to cheer you up a bit.

Well, the yellow poich (that's poich, not perch) are still biting. All I
need is a day with minimal wind and I'm out there.

Yes, Gould did clearly post a truth.
