Maybe we should have picked up a couple from the Russians.



Maybe Canada should have been more on top of things, such as technical, QA
and QC specifications as well as acceptance testing.

Or get the hint from the fact that the brits put these lemmons out of
service very quickly...

But be assured that some canadian decission makers have very full bank
acounts now ..
