OT - President Johnson covers up conspiracty
President Johnson used his power as the president to cover up murder.
http://www.archives.gov/research_roo..._chapter1.html Where were all of these liberals when the president was lying to the American people. It gives credence to those who think Johnson was involved in a coup. |

Where were all of these liberals when the president was lying to the
American people. It gives credence to those who think Johnson was involved in a coup. Oh, and Jack, where were *you* in 1865 when radical Republicans conspired with a fanatical actor and a dozen dimwit accomplises to seize the power required to economically subjugate the south? (Just jokin........no need to answer). :-) |

OT - President Johnson covers up conspiracty
He experienced fantasies about being all powerful and hurting people He exhibited a personality pattern disturbance with schizoid features and passive-aggressive tendencies He read a great deal and whose vocabulary made him quite articulate. He started to read communist literature. Occasionally, in conversations with others, he praised communism and expressed to his fellow employees a desire to join the Communist Party. He wrote to the Socialist Party of America, professing his belief in Marxism. He resented the exercise of authority by others He spent much of his free time reading. He showed marked interest in the Soviet Union and sometimes expressed politically radical views with dogmatic conviction. He tried to impress those around him as an intellectual, but his thinking appeared to some as shallow and rigid. His letter of application contained many blatant falsehoods concerning his qualifications and background He showed disdain for democracy, capitalism, and American society in general ----------------------------------------------------------- I can't tell if the biography is about Lee Harvey Oswald...or Harry Krause. |

... IMHO, I don't care what side of the aisle you are from, LBJ was an idiot. In the good/bad scenario..... Kennedy got us into the useless quagmire of Viet Nam, You should probably go back further and blame Truman for KEEPING us in SE Asia in the first place. Johnson made it the disaster it was, and as much as I despise RMN, he did get us out. Ummm..no. Kissinger got us out, not Nixon. |

He read a great deal and whose vocabulary made him quite articulate. THAT certainly isn't GWB He started to read communist literature. Occasionally, in conversations with others, he praised communism and expressed to his fellow employees a desire to join the Communist Party. Neither can that, the reading part tells you it can't be GWB He wrote to the Socialist Party of America, professing his belief in Marxism. GWB? He resented the exercise of authority by others CERTAINLY that must be GWB He spent much of his free time reading. NOT GWB, that pesky being able to read thing! He showed marked interest in the Soviet Union and sometimes expressed politically radical views with dogmatic conviction. Definately GWB He tried to impress those around him as an intellectual, but his thinking appeared to some as shallow and rigid. GWB all right! His letter of application contained many blatant falsehoods concerning his qualifications and background it IS GWB!! He showed disdain for democracy, capitalism, and American society in general It MUST be GWB! |
