I'm sure it's real, just really dumb.

1.2 MILLION? I'll bet a camper van and a small cruiser on a trailer
would be of more use. Could put the whole thing together for about
$10,000. That would leave you $990,000 to lose in Vegas and STILL have a
more useful boat/camper.

I have to wonder about that message board, though. Seems to say there
is a joke somewhere.
