Unlawful arrests may be resisted by whatever force necessary. Only if you have the nads to back it up. The NYC protestors would have been within thier rights to stop the unlawful arrests. State code cites please? And should I remember this the next time I see a liquor store robbery in progress and the robber claims its an unlawful arrest and he is only shooting in self defense to prevent an unlawful arrest?
