And all of us pay for it in higher insurance bills!!!!

One story really pi__ed me off... 3 guys in Fort Lauderdale UNTIED a
100' yacht and allowed it to crash into a train bridge. A family with
children were staying aboard (Their home did not have power) and they
saw the car drive away but could not get a license plate number....

We have some people like that around my marina - when Frances was
threatening I noted two boats on the other side of the pier from me that
were tied up with what could easily pass for heavy clothesline. :-(
