Default Pacific NW Boat Shows

Almost Boat Show time again in the Pacific NW.

Just 30-days until the Portland, Oregon boat show kicks off. January 3-11.
The promoters of the Portland Show are claiming to stage the 10th largest
indoor boat show in the world. Featured items this year will include an
"Amphicar" from the 1960's, a gaggle of cruising houseboats, and an extensive
maritime art exhibit.

The Seattle show will be different this year. Rather two competing shows, the
trade organizations are promoting both locations as portions of a common event.
Make sense. The (newly combined) Seattle Show is now the largest on the west
coast, and one of the largest half dozen or so in the US. Seattle Show dates
are January 16-25.
A common ticket will be good for admission to both the on-the-water venue at
Chandler's Cove and the indoor show at Seahawk Exposition Center.
