1994 Pro-line 2550

I found a 1994 Pro-line 2550 for sale w/ trailer for $27,900. The
price is very negotiable. The problem is I do not know anything about
this boat. I know it has a 5.7 L merc 250 HP I/O is this enough
power? What is the benefit / disadvantage of a mid cabin opposed to a
walkaround. Also does anyone know the beam? I think it is 9.6 but I am
not sure. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
