I also have a 1975 Catalina 22 for sale in Tampa. I was asking $4500, but
I'll go down to $4000 obo.

The trailer is only 2 years old, and the outboard is just a year older. It
comes with other goodies too like a mosquito tent for the cockpit, a holding
tank for the head, solar panel, etc.

I've had a lot of fun with her and given her good care. I'm selling because
I already have two other boats on trailers and just got married... say no
more.

You'd at least be welcome to e-mail me and come look at her to compare to
your friend's boat.
