The same thing goes for the guys on water. What they do offshore is their business. The noise they sometimes choose to make around boats is everyone's business. And I use the word "choose" because based on what I've learned by reading some of the messages here, it's possible for such boats to be quiet with the use of certain mechanical devices. Therefore, if they choose not to be quiet, they fully intend to disturb. The only other possibility is that they're complete idiots. |
