Oh, and another thing, if you use just a few coals, you can keep the coals in the chimney, put a pot to heat water on it, or a pan to fry. It's also PERFECT for making seared tuna. Put a grill rack right on top of the chimmney, sear a cube of tuna marineated marinated in soy sauce for 20 seconds on each side. Cut into slices, serve with wasabi.
