Did anyone (or everyone) in the Coast Guard and USCGAUX receive a Homeland
Security certificate signed by Tom Ridge and Admiral Collins?

My Auxie buddy has a nice shiny new HSA ID card. Does that count? I will have
to ask my ex wife. She is the commodore or whatever you call the fearless
leader of her flotilla. (Md around DC).
