Wind chill of 27.9F Blech! Well, it's been below freezing overnight all last week (-2 to -4 C) but beautiful and sunny, with outflows not as bad as you'd think. Still, not exactly good boating weather. Supposed to get warm and wet this week... 15 C and a 12-knot wind? Sounds like great sailing weather to me! (OK, I'm a wimp: I'd have the heater running...)
