OT--Bush favorability up, Kerry's down

You don't get rich by giving your money to anybody that wants it.

You won't get rich at all unless you are earning or profiting so efficiently
that small
expressions of gratitude for good service are without consequence.

If you need the tip as badly as the waitress, keep it.
