I'm sure that the Floyd family will donate a substantial amount
of the 27 million to rebuilding the destruction that will be done
in Floyds behalf.

I bet Crump took $13.5 million of it already.

Just for fun, let's take a perfectly healthy white cop who has never had
a drink or taken opioids or had a tough life and have a big guy step on
his neck for nine minutes and 29 seconds and see what happens...

Since there was no sign of trauma and asphyxiation in the original
autopsy report, nothing. He was just restrained.

I also pointed out, if he had at any time said "I give up, I will get
in the car" the whole thing would have been over.

If you fight with the cops or refuse to obey a lawful order from them
bad **** happens.
It is interesting that you and Wayne don't seem to have any trouble at
all with the cops shooting an unarmed white woman for trespassing tho.

===

It was much more than trespassing - more like breaking and entering
combined with assault or attempted assault. I firmly believe the cop
thought that he and/or members of congress were in danger, and they
probably were.

Bull****. She assaulted no one, and didn't get through the window.
===

I'm surprised that you are so quick to defend lawless behavior like
that.

I'm surprised you're OK with police killing an unarmed, defenseless woman.

===

Is a woman who is attempting to break into a secured area less guilty
than a guy?

Use of deadly force has nothing to do with guilt. It has to do with
the imminent threat to the officer and in this case being an unarmed
woman is significant.

===

Doesn't an angry mob trying to break down your secured door constitute
an imminent threat? It does in my mind. And was she truly unarmed?
Didn't she break the window with some sort of club? If not her, it
was someone else in the vicinity. There were all sorts of improvised
weapons being used.

'She' has become 'an angry mob'! Wow. The window was already broken and she
wasn't halfway through it. No one was using any weapons against the officer who
shot her. She uses both hands to pull herself up, with no weapons visible
anywhere.

You're reaching Wayne, but there's very little support there.

blame Biden in a week when Minneapolis goes up in flames.

===

It was much more than trespassing - more like breaking and entering
combined with assault or attempted assault. I firmly believe the cop
thought that he and/or members of congress were in danger, and they
probably were.

Bull****. She assaulted no one, and didn't get through the window.
===

I'm surprised that you are so quick to defend lawless behavior like
that.

I'm surprised you're OK with police killing an unarmed, defenseless woman.

===

Is a woman who is attempting to break into a secured area less guilty
than a guy?

Use of deadly force has nothing to do with guilt. It has to do with
the imminent threat to the officer and in this case being an unarmed
woman is significant.

===

Doesn't an angry mob trying to break down your secured door constitute
an imminent threat? It does in my mind. And was she truly unarmed?
Didn't she break the window with some sort of club? If not her, it
was someone else in the vicinity. There were all sorts of improvised
weapons being used.

A couple hundred people in the Capitol and a ****load of armed cops
(The CapPo has over 1700 sworn) and this is the ONE who needed to be
shot.
If this was a black woman DC would have been in flames.

Nothing quite like your racist speculations. Maybe you can rev up Herring,
Just an Asshole, Bilious, or the others.

Racism is rampant these days. Mostly against whites and Asians. You
realize Asians and Indians don’t count in minority hiring quotas? My
granddaughter’s school has a Black Support Night. No White support Night.
Most of the bullying and harassment is by the Black Kids. Nothing is done
about that. My very white 6 grade granddaughter has been shoved, pushed,
and physically assaulted. Nothing is done. I bet if you made a nasty
reply to the Black Kid doing the assault, she would be suspended.

When has Ben Crump ever brought a suit about a white person killed by
the cops? When was it even on the news?
According to the WaPo
424 white people were killed by the police
252 black people were killed by the police

Who made the news?

Who is the racist, me or the editor of the WaPo who decides which
deaths are important?

I say again if that was Tanesha Jackson coming through that window and
getting shot, a lot more would have been made about why the cop needed
to shoot her. The protests would involve burning police cars, tear gas
and looting.
At least that is how most BLM protests end.
