From April through July of last year, the slope of the moving average was definitely negative. Did you hear that on your favorite major media station? From July through the election, the slope was close to zero, but then the election hit and the slope became strongly positive. Yup, must be due to Biden. Trump is most assuredly not my hero, Harry.
