Findings from a medical examiner's review havenot yet been released and authorities have not made any announcements about thatongoing process.According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signsthat the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe thatearly reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true."Better look at the link quickly. There is plenty oflegal precedent for charging perpetrators with murder even if a crimevictim dies of a heart attack during a struggle.

IT'S REGRETTABLE THAT THE FELLOW DIED. A DEFENSE LAWYER MIGHT
RAISE THE QUESTION OF THE OFFICERS FINESS FOR DUTY. I'M SURE
THERE'S PRESIDENT DEALING WITH THAT AS WELL. THE LAWYERS IN
REC.BOATS DEAL A LOT WITH WHAT IFS BUT REAL LAWYERS LIKE FACTS.
WHAT WE KNOW IS FED TO US THRU MAIN STREAM MEDIA. AND WE ALL KNOW
HOW RELIABLE THEY ARE.
