That would be a fantastic accomplishment if he can actually do it. The
army certainly knows how to vaccinate a large number of people in a
short time - no needles required either.

I doubt those guns work with this vaccine and there are some
procedural issues when you are vaccinating civilians. In the military,
you signed all the papers you sign and gave consent for them to do
anything they want to do to you before you got to boot camp.
The people best equipped right now are the pharmacies.
