A federal pardon courtesy of Pence won't cut it against New York State

That would certainly make the transition a lot smoother and he could
still be prosecuted for state crimes which no doubt exist. I wonder
if Melania will ditch him.

I brought this up before. If he can make the case that a presidential
pardon is an "immunity" there is a 14th amendment case to be made that
the pardon also applies to "laws made by the states".

Melania is probably going to take the prenup money and split after a
discrete interval. I doubt she fights for custody of Barron.
