Our local elec coop diversifies its purchases and also has a very large solar farm. Probably buys some juice from the local nuke plant. We have a coal plant a lot closer than the one down by that bridge... Fracking seems very troublesome for local environments. I guess the question is whether fracked natural gas is more damaging than coal. |
