The street pictured is the main shopping street in Stockholm. Although the
article says less traffic than usual, it's pretty damn close to the traffic on
the Saturday I was there.

And on the other hand:

It will be interesting in a few weeks to see what the result is. I still think
the Swedes are a much more disciplined (i.e., rules obeying) society than we
have, especially in the inner cities.
