You have UCB a vivid imagination, Harry. But even if he did, you should be happy that the US was finally lowered into the socialistic state you’ve dreamed if. Finally you get your wish.

Because he is President of the United States and, if you haven't been
paying attention, is doing a good job dealing with the covid-19 thing
according to a majority of Americans.

Go back to your guns and useless, free ammunition.Â* Adults are

Trump is incompetent, and he just won't keep his mouth shut and his
ignorance from spewing out. What was his purpose yesterday in
threatening to quarantine three states? Panic? He's doing a ****ty
job. He's on TV every day extolling his virtues, and that his all he
does.

Adults? Trumpsters aren't adults.

If things don't improve fairly soon and this pandemic appears to be
extending it's grip for months to come I think there's a possibility
of the unthinkable .... meaning the federal government declaring
Marshall Law and enforcing restrictions on travel anywhere.

They'll be court challenges for sure but they would be academic,
constitutional debates.

Oh, there is no question Trump would love to declare martial (not
marshall) law, name himself president for life, and call off the fall

Sorry about the spelling.Â* I'll give myself three demerits.

Just heard the good Doc Fauci reluctantly give an estimate of just how
far he thinks this virus will affect the USA.Â* He said it's likely
we'll have 100,000 to 200,000 cases .... but then corrected himself.
He said we'll have 100,000 to 200,000 *deaths* with millions of
confirmed cases.

Then I heard Gov. Cuomo complaining that they got hundreds of
panicked calls from NY residents asking about Trump's consideration
of having a ban on travel out of NY.

If there are that many people who don't understand
the seriousness of this and what they have to do to contain it,
the messages by the CDC and others are simply not being taken
seriously and their efforts are in vain.

There's a big difference between asking people to "refrain"
from traveling and telling people they *cannot* travel.

This is not intended as a affront only to New Yorkers.
Unfortunately it's an attitude shared by too many people
everywhere.

If people everywhere took it seriously, we would already see
the curve flattening.Â* It has not and Dr. Fauci predicts the
worst is yet to come.

I am not an expert by any means but I rest my case.

Why would my Italian wife be Lutheran? She was brought up Roman Catholic.

But, come to think of it, although she subscribes to all the Catholic
doctrine she was indoctrinated with as a kid, she doesn't go to
church either.
