Good news abounds, you just have to look for it! It takes you mind off the Covid. :-) Do you think that smack freak, shooting fentanyl is worried about a silly virus? Hell no. He's happy! Catch the guy, Article 15 his ass, start over. There the troops could throw a pack of Camels over the fence and a pack of 18 or 19 mary janes would come back. The program was intended to just get rid of them. Didn't work out very well and they had to stop the program within about 6 months. So many people were applying for it, it would have created a shortage of active duty personnel. How often are all military personnel randomly checked these days? This is what they say on the interweb. The Department of Defense labs tests 60,000 urine random samples each month. All active duty members must undergo a urinalysis at least once per year. Members of the Guard and Reserves must be tested at least once every two years. |
