We're not about to get into a shooting war with a nuclear power and the
terrorists around the world aren't stymied by their comrades being
killed en masse, so what's the point? These ships are vulnerable.

Better we should build more hospital ships and dispatch them where
needed around the world. We'd be spending far less and building good

Which of our enemies with missiles and nukes are going to be deterred by
aircraft carriers?

Any smart enemy knows now that all it has to do is unleash a biological
weapon in a half dozen U.S. cities to bring us to our knees.


I am just very thankful that people like yourself have no part in
determining what our National Defense policies should be.
