Math was never my strong suit and it's been a long time ... It's not a complete quadratic equation unless I am missing something (which is very possible). y=x**2 is a complete quadratic equation. You're thinking of the form y=ax**2+bx+c, in this case b=0, and c=75,198. In my case the vertex was at the point 0,75198. So the 'b' term is 0. Written out completely, the equation would be: f(x)=176x**2+0x +75198. That probably looks more familiar. -- Freedom Isn't Free! |
