Default Hillary ordered to testify

A federal judge ordered Hillary Clinton today to testify in person
and under oath on issues regarding her emails and use of a
private server.

U.S. District Court judge Royce Lamberth issued the order today,
citing that her previous, written testimony and answers
were "incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory,"

Like it or not, there is no legal requirement for a POTUS or
party nominee for POTUS to release tax returns. Most do,
but it's voluntary.

Lying under oath and/or destroying subpoenaed evidence *is* a crime.

Where is it a crime to not release your tax returns? Destroying evidence
is.
