Default Boat partnership in Southern California- motor yacht

Are you interested in buying a boat in Orange County, California? I
am looking for 1-2 people who like to partner together to purchase
partial ownership in a 30-35 foot motor yacht / boat. The overall
cost of the boat would be 150k to 250k with all the amenities. The
boat would have a slip in Dana Point or Newport. We would split all
expenses which would include boat loan, slip fees, maintenance, etc.
You would pay for your own fuel with usage. If you purchase 1/4
equity, you will have access to the boat for 1 week a month. Most
people end up using their own boat for 1 to 2 weekends a month and
this would enable you to own a much larger/ better boat for the same
or lower overall cost. I am buying 1/2 the boat and would like either
2 people to purchase 1each or one other person to purchase the other
half. Obviously, if you purchased 1/2 the boat, you would have access
for two weeks per months. This would be true ownership. This is not
a rental or lease. If you have any questions, please email me at
. The types of boat that I am looking at include
Carver, Regal, Sea Ray, etc. I would like to get a boat that is set
up for scuba diving, fishing or just cruising and will sleep 4-6
people comfortably.
