Herring doesn't have much in his life. He's getting too old to ride his
motorcycle, he's been to the same bluegrass festival on different sites
over and over, his health is a real issue, he's deaf, and about all he

have all these issues with unpaid taxes. You're always telling us how
affluent you and your wife are, so why don't you just pay up and get
