Once, on a trip to New Orleans a restaurant offered a "sampler" of soups that included small servings of turtle soup, crocodile, shark and something else I can't remember. I tried them all but again, wouldn't order it on a regular basis. I don't care to think about what I ate at the daily "banquets" attended during my trip to China (PRC) in 1986. "Tastes like chicken". Ha! Other societies don't have the same hang-ups about food as we do. Monkey, dog, horse... all acceptable meats in some parts of the world. It's pretty silly to put someone down for shooting and eating a wild animal.. Some folks just don'tr have the stomach, and prefer someone else do their dirty work for them.
