Not really. Ryan and McConnell do not jump every time Trump has a
brain fart on Twitter.
The White House has a legislative agenda and works with Congress to move
it forward. Trump is no different in that regard. If the Dems take the
House, Trump's legislative agenda will pretty much be dead unless it
includes compromises and initiatives from the other side. If by some
miracle the Dems take the Senate, too, very little of what Trump wants
to do to destroy this country, its institutions, and its relationships
round the world will see the light of day.
