Inaccurate, but, of course, from you, it is to be expected.
One wonders how you might have coped were you in constant fear of being
assassinated like two of your brothers, or killed in a war, like another
brother. Teddy had a really troubled life and he did some terrible
things, but...he probably was the greatest U.S. Senator of the 20th
Century, and made a positive difference in the lives of millions of
lower and middle income Americans, which is more than any of your fellow
conservatrashers have done.

Teddy used to walk his Portuguese water dog, Splash, down from the Hill
and stop in to see an old friend of his at ULLICO, and if I was there, I
got to dogsit for an hour or so. It was my privilege.

His dog was named after MJ Kopechne.

I guess for a murderer he wasn't a horrible senator but he certainly
carried a lot of baggage for the meager amount of good he did, mostly
spending other people's money. I notice we never saw any of the
Kennedy's tax returns either.

No surprise about the depth of ignorance you exhibit on Kennedy's
legislative and other accomplishments. If it were up to you, blacks
would still be living in slavery, waiting for the free market system to
free them.

Maybe if they had waited a few years for the market to free them they
would actually be free now.
As for TK, I am not exactly sure what he did. You hear about health
care but is it really much better than it ever was? We certainly are
spending a lot more but to listen to the left, we still have
substandard care.
Then he was "me too" on a lot of things other people did. Some like
"no child left behind" that get as much criticism as praise.
