Simply the fact that there were so many of them at one time necessitated sending them to facilities in other areas that had room for them. As for the asylum, there is a process and jumping the fence is not part of it. I know you will say the line was too long for the legal process so they took the law into their own hands but that is no excuse. It would be like getting caught in the parking lot with a TV you did not pay for and telling the cop the line was too long at the register so you just took it. |
