Odd, people and businesses are leaving Illinois for Indiana (and surrounding states) because Indiana has a better economy and lower taxes not counting jobs.

Harry, you like joblessness, poor economy, and higher taxes?

People are probably being sucked into Indiana by the vacuum created
when they move here.
