Remington Ryde starts a day early this year. Hope to see some of you folks there. Some great groups
will be playing:

Have a great time, John!

What could be more fun sitting in a hot, dusty, humid, rainy field for a
few days, alternating with living out of a trailer?

Some people enjoy getting out in the fresh air, meeting people and
hearing some good music.
Why is it necessary to **** on everything you see?

For someone not interested in communicating with him Harry sure
has a lot to say about John, what his health is, what
he enjoys doing and where he is going.

Until it's time again to accuse him of killing women and children in
Southeast Asia, eh?

That's uncalled for regardless of your dislike of the military and
especially since it's fake news (again).

If you were in the military in Vietnam in that era, the odds were you
were either killing Asians or facilitating the killing of Asians.

If you were alive and an American citizen during that era you were
facilitating the killing of Asians regardless of whether you were called
upon to serve in the military.

Despite your protests, you participated.

And those that voted Democrat voted for the war. Those that paid taxes
paid for the war.

"The odds were". That tells me you don't have a clue as to John's work.
"The odds are you are trying to cover up why you didn't attend the
party.
My assessment, cowardice, pure and simple.

Not really. The majority of people in the military in the late
60s/early 70s were nowhere near SE Asia. We had lots of people in
Europe, Navy guys who were never attached to any ships affecting the
war even if they were in the Pacific along with everyone in the other
oceans and all of the guys in the USAF who were on SAC duties.
Then there were just the ones who never left the USA. (a surprisingly
big number)

You did notice I posted “in Vietnam,” right? That is pretty clear even to a
non-debater.
