Default All this fuss ....

.... about deporting illegal entries into the USA without
going through the "legal process" just isn't so.

Turns out *that* law already exists for contiguous (shared border)
countries, i.e. Mexico and Canada. Mexican or Canadian residents
entering or attempting to enter the USA illegally can be immediately
deported without going before a judge, court or any other type of
legal hearing.

This doesn't apply to those who present at an official point of
entry and declare a request for asylum.

All Trump is suggesting is to extend that law (temporarily) to those
entering or trying to enter *illegally* via Mexico from places like
Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, etc., in an attempt to curb the
growing number of people illegally entering daily.

It also depends on whether deportation is punishment for a crime or an
administrative process. Immigrating to the US is a privilege, not a
right.

If they come across the border from Mexico, just consider them Mexicans.

It would be a lot simpler to turn them back there at the border. Sounds like a good plan.
